What we collect
We collect personal information you provide to us directly, such as your name, contact details, and information about communication goals or relevant health background, when you contact us, make a referral, or take part in our programs or individual sessions.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries and referrals, to plan and deliver our programs and speech pathology services, to keep appropriate clinical records, and to stay in touch with you about your care. We only use it for the purposes for which it was provided, or for directly related purposes you would reasonably expect.
When we share it
We do not sell your information. We only share it where you have consented, where it is necessary to provide your care (for example, with other health professionals involved in your support), or where we are required or authorised by law.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access to client information is limited to those who need it to provide your care.
