Individual work
Individual speech pathology
Alongside our group programs, Rebecca offers individual speech pathology sessions tailored to each person's interests, preferences, needs and goals. With more than 30 years of experience working with adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions across acute, rehab and community settings, Rebecca brings extensive experience in both communication and swallowing. She has also spent time as a speech pathology researcher, bringing an evidence-informed approach to her clinical work.
At CUSP, the person comes first. Rebecca takes the time to get to know you and works collaboratively with you to understand what you would like to work on. The goal might be to improve a particular skill. Sometimes it is about finding a way to make something a little easier. And sometimes it is about building the confidence to do something that matters to you. The aim is to build on your strengths, develop strategies that work in everyday life, and support you to participate more confidently in the things that matter to you. Individual sessions are available in person and via telehealth, depending on your needs, preferences and location.
