Brainiacs

Brainiacs is a social, music-focused group program for people living with acquired brain injury. Together, we enjoy singing, songwriting, music quizzes, music-based podcasts and, most importantly, having fun. We create a welcoming and supportive environment where people connect through a shared love of music. Kindness, openness, patience and respect are at the heart of the group. We celebrate individuality, encourage creativity and value the unique contribution each person brings.

Voice & communication

Voice & Vibe

A music-infused communication group for people looking to increase the volume and strength of their voice, including those experiencing reduced vocal volume due to neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, acquired brain injury, or other conditions that affect voice and communication.

Co-facilitated by a speech pathologist and a musician, this 10-week program blends evidence-based voice therapy (LSVT principles) with music and singing to support functional communication. Strengthen your voice, build confidence, connect with others, laugh, and express yourself in a supportive group environment.

Games & connection

Game Changers

Game Changers is a small group for autistic and neurodivergent people who would like to connect with others, have fun and explore communication in a supportive environment. Participants enjoy a variety of games (Uno is a firm favourite) as well as creating their own games and activities. Along the way, we explore neurodiversity, different communication styles and practical social communication skills through discussion, shared experiences and practise. Game Changers is a welcoming space where individuality is respected, strengths are celebrated, and everyone is encouraged to participate in their own way.
